From negative sense to positive sense.

We are sons of the native soil.
So we need be minds of negative sense towards positive sense by clarity,discipline,nonlinearity and voice-sense.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
