Sakti(prakruthi) is both positive and negative.Vyakti(purusha) is positive.Vydya(spiritual healer) is negative who possess ability to change polarity of sakti(prakruthi).

But as world is complex(moral-legal) and comparative(social four to their four each),one should say either in appearance(ambiguity)-imagination form then or in real(truth)-imagination form now to be native(hindu)-social(indian).It is winning public heart.WORLD CONGRESSMEN BELIEVE IN WINNING PUBLIC HEART BY FACING INDIRECT SOCIAL CRITICISM EVERYDAY.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
