2).Police officers need discuss only REMEDIAL MEASURES & HINDU LAW in PERSONAL media.They require pravruthi(SOCIAL) in their vruthi(PERSONAL). They need not discuss PREVENTIVE MEASURES in PERSONAL media.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
