India need make chennai as second national capital for both political & adminstrative simplicity.
Remember world is small village in this info age.Data transfer has become instant and wide.
So andhrapradesh,tamilnadu,karnataka & kerala public depts need be brought under chennai govt.
LET'S REORGANISE WORLD BY UNITING PEOPLE FOR SPECIFIC,PUBLIC LOVE & MATURE LAW BEING HARSH AT FIRST.
