ఒకటి ,రెండు ,మూడు మరియు నాలుగు మాదిరిగా చట్టము అనేది సక్రమత కలిగి ఉంటుంది . చట్టము అనేది ప్రతి వ్యక్తిలో ఉంటుంది . కనుక ఉన్నతమైనది ఉన్నతమైనది గా ఉండకపోతే చట్ట వ్యతిరేకము . మరియు హీనమైనది హీనముగా లేకపోతే చట్ట వ్యతిరేకము . అయితే హీనమైనది హీనముగా తన హీనతలో ఉండటము వలన ఉన్నతమైనది గా నిలుస్తుంది . అందుచేత ప్రభుత్వ(చట్ట ) నిర్ణయము కు వ్యతిరేకముగా కాకుండా ఏకముగా ప్రభుత్వము (చట్టము ) మీద తిరుగుబాటు(విప్లవము ) చేసే వారిని చూస్తే వారెంత చౌకబారు మనుషులో నాకు మరియు నా ప్రపంచ ప్రజలకు అర్ధము అవుతుంది .

ప్రజలు మంచి ఫీలింగ్ కలిగి ఉండాలి . అయితే ప్రజలు చెడు ఫీలింగ్ కలిగి ఎందుకు ఉండరాదు ? కనుక నాయకులు చెడు ఫీలింగ్ కలిగి ఉన్నట్లుగా ఎల్లప్పుడూ కనిపించాలి . దాని వలన ప్రజలు మంచి ఫీలింగ్ కలిగి ఉండటానికి బదులుగా చెడు ఫీలింగ్ కలిగి ఉన్నా అంత్య దశలో మంచి ఫీలింగ్ కలిగి ఉన్నట్లు కనిపించే నాయకులు అధికారము చెలాయించడము ద్వారా అంతిమము గా మంచి ఫీలింగ్ కలిగిన ప్రజలు మరియు మంచి ఫీలింగ్ కలిగిన నాయకులు నిలుస్తారు .

తల చెప్పినట్లు శరీరము నడుచుకుంటుంది . అయితే కేవలము తల చెప్పినట్లు మాత్రమే శరీరము నడుచుకోదు -నడుచుకోరాదు -ఎలా నడుచుకోగలదు ? ఎందుకంటే ప్రతి అంగము లోనూ దాని తల (ఆలోచన )(మాట ) ఉంటుంది .
