Indian Supreme Court Chief Justice should not take cognisance of fears expressed by social minorities and weaker sections. Indian Supreme Court Chief Justice must note that his seat can only give judgement on both sides.arguments before his seat. Indian Supreme Court Chief Justice should not take liberty against head of govt of India and president of India REITERATIONS. If Indian Supreme Court Chief Justice wishes to take liberty to talk against fears beyond court purview,he should keep abreast about world socio-economic indices supplied by reserve bank of India governor year-by-year.
