      CHANGE SHOULD BE FROM 'PERSONAL(ABSTRACT)(LAWFUL) BEING SOCIAL(LATERAL)(KNOWLEDGEABLE)' TO 'SOCIAL(LATERAL)(KNOWLEDGEABLE) BEING PERSONAL(ABSTRACT)(LAWFUL)' BUT NOT VICE VERSA.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
