ANY COURT JUDGE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO GIVE JUDGEMENT/S ON HIS OWN BUT ON STRENGTH OF BOTH PETITIONER ARGUMENT AND RESPONDENT ARGUMENT.

        THAT MEANS ANY COURT JUDGEMENT IS BASICALLY 'NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE' AGAINST 'POSITIVE TO NEGATIVE'.

         AND IT HAS TO BE AND WILL BE.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
