The Supreme Court judgment on Rafale is shocking and disappointing

CORRUPTION IS THERE IN RAFALE SCAM.

      OF COURSE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA IS NOT PROPER FORUM TO DECIDE ABOUT CORRUPTION.

      ONLY JOINT PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE CAN DECIDE ON CORRUPTION IN GOVT DEALS.

      ---------------

      PARLIAMENT IS MEMBERS AND ITS COMMITTEES.

      THERE CAN BE NO COMMITTEES WITHOUT MEMBERS AND NO MEMBERS WITHOUT COMMITTEES.

       LAW AND PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS MINISTRY NEED LOOK INTO MATTER.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
