YES ! EVEN THE BRITISH AGREE THAT SARASWATI (RIVER) DOES EXIST AS ANTHARVAHINI NOW.

     BUT SARASWATI RIVER COMES ABOVE GROUND WHEN WHOLE WORLD PEOPLE BECOME MORAL(CONSISTENT AGAINST ANY ADVERSE QUESTIONS) MINDED.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
