    SO IN PRESENT MATURE SOCIETY,USA MUST CHANGE ITS MIND FROM BEING LAWFUL AGAINST CRIMINALS TO 'BEING CRIMINALS AGAINST CRIMINALS'.

    OTHERWISE USA WILL BE MADE TO CHANGE SO BY OTHERS SOON.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
