GOD IS FEAR OR LOVE.

    FEAR MEANS COMPLEXITY BETWEEN GRACE AND VALOUR.

    FEAR (OF LAW) IS MEANT TO BE HAD WITHIN AT FIRST AND MEANT TO BE OVERCOME AT NEXT.

    FEAR IS LIKE MUSICAL NOTE AFTER WHICH VOICE NEED GET MODULATION.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
