AGAIN I REITERATE THAT GOVT DAILY ADMINSTRATION WORK IS NOT AT ALL DAILY DUTY OF CM. 

    CM DUTY IS POLITICAL WHICH IS FORMING POLICIES FOR GOVT AND REVIEWING THOSE POLICIES IN EVERY DEPT.

     IT IS NOT AT ALL DUTY OF CM TO ADMINSTER GOVT DEPTS.

     IT IS DUTY OF GOVT DEPT SECRETARIES.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
