MY TAKE IS THAT PRESENT KARNATAKA STATE ASSEMBLY AFFAIRS PROVIDED AN OPPURTUNITY FOR PUBLIC DEBATE ON 'GOVERNOR'S DISCRETIONARY POWERS ON PRE-POLL ALLIANCES AND POST-POLL ALLIANCES IN CASE OF HUNG ASSEMBLY'.

     MY CLEARCUT QUESTION IS WHETHER STATE GOVERNOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO UNION OF INDIA OR RESPONSIBLE TO PEOPLE OF STATE IN CASE OF HUNG ASSEMBLY'.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
