Is the 15th Finance Commission Unfair to India's Southern States?
Foolish argument by southern states indeed ! Rupee is both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
So rupee spent and collected on same people of southern states need not be just "quantitative analysis" but also need be "qualitative analysis".
My logic is that southern states people are "more immoral(inconsistent against adverse questions)" than northern states people so that southern states need be TAXED MORE AND SPENT LESS BY GOVT OF INDIA than northern states.
QUALITY MATTERS MOST THAN QUANTITY IN KNOWLEDGE AGE.
SO CENSUS 2011 IS RIGHT AS POPULATION DATA FOR 15th FINANCE COMMISSION.

BJP MUST ADDRESS PROBLEM OF DIVISIVE-BEING ON LINES OF LANGUAGE AND REGION THROUGHOUT INDIA.
