To solve inconsistency against adverse questions,APPEAR ALWAYS AS INCONSISTENT AND BE CONSISTENT AND IMPERIAL(complex)(being same to same as well as appearing different) -MINDED TO MAKE BOTH SELF AND OTHER/S PREVAIL AS TRUE DEMOCRATIC-MINDED.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
