VOICE without sense(called name) and past-continuity(called genetic heredity)(account head) NEVER EXISTS "even in plants,animals and machines". How can humans who are higher minds have VOICE WITHOUT NAME AND ACCOUNT-HEAD ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
