If world is abstract,then it prevails as litigant. World must be made litigant so that it prevails as abstract. Or else world will be made to be so by Indian national congress which is sense. That’s all.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
