Discretion is to know one as one and two as two. Thought (sense ) is to know being as being and previalance as prevailance. Tomorrow is previalance. And tomorrow never dies. But today is respected as today without tomorrow.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
