So world affairs are increasingly becoming social(knolwedge complexed with sensible mindful voice)(one to one of one for one) from personal(self-ignorant,adamant-mind,rotten-mind and ambiguity)(one to one of one). Socialised world affairs will be true democratic prevailance "by being mediocre(imperial) minded". Any prevailance of mediocre(imperial)-minded world affairs will be bi-polar world. And any prevailance of true democratic-mind in world affairs will be UNI-POLAR WORLD.
