See ! Any public issue should not be decided by personal point of view. If this point is kept in mind by any party which is in conflict,then that public issue will get solved by itself through its time allowance. TIME IS THE BIGGEST BALM TO SOLVE ANY SOCIAL CONFLICT.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
