Every field of engineering has its own business firm. So every engg graduate has to obey business firm adminstrators for 20 years after completing engg course. Then only businesses world over obey that engineer's directions for social change.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
