Corrupt person is one who has no internal enquiry and external explanation TO any outsider accusation(question). Corrupt person is rotten-minded person. Nobody can solve corrupt person with honest mind. For example,making seat of power(truth)(being lawful only to lawful) as seat of learning(being solution) is corrupt mindedness. Making voice as mind is corrupt mindedness.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
