To understand world affairs,one needs good(consistent) personality and right perspective about world. Otherwise he/she is not supposed to read/discuss/practise politics. Isn't it ? So my point is that those who teach about how to speak must limit themselves to classrooms(seat of learning) while those who speak about how to make self and other/s speak must limit themselves to seat of power(truth). If you speak truth,you can't make other/s learn and pass in subject exam. If you speak fact,then you can't make other/s stay true. That is kota srinivasarao logic.
