There is lot of distance between cup(what is being done by ruling party while in govt) and lip(what is promised to people by ruling party before coming to power). It is because governance in India is still antisocial(tamas). This is well known to Indian national congress. That is why Indian national congress never indulges in cheap(provoking people hearts) politics. But of course Indian national congress indulges in provoking people minds towards making people sensible among themselves as Indian national congress is sensible party. INC gives,has to give and will give what it has in its within. While bjp-tdp and its allies can't give sense as bjp-tdp and its allies don't have sense in their within. Political pundits must note and propagate sensible values.
