Can a man(leader) who gave call to "Indian army" to do mutiny against Indian govt be "LOK NAYAK" ? Any good word by good person must be spoken at good situation "to prevail as right and good". Characterless persons speaking good words will prevail as words of evil.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
