See ! It has been problem in assembly for any opposition member "to question.about improprieties in house business transaction". Those who have WAY IN GOVT AFFAIRS should subordinate before those who are having SAY IN GOVT AFFAIRS during assembly sessions. It is morality.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
