Union finance ministry should impose new tax on "LUXURY WEDDING FUNCTIONS" from next year union budget. I am demanding this because India should control social immorality called "vulgarity of wealth". WEALTH VULGAR DISPLAY IN PUBLIC IS ALSO EQUIVALENT TO POVERTY DISPLAY IN PUBLIC.
