Language improves only through better use of vocabulary. If language improves,mind(memory) expands. If mind(memory) expands,society will stay as powerful(truthful) forever without any scope for percolation of blind beliefs anymore.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
