నాకు ప్రజల తామస (అజ్ఞాన ) మాటలు వింటూ ఉంటే "తమ పిచ్చిలో పిచ్చిగా ఉండటమే నిజమైన ప్రజల జ్ఞానము " కదా అని జ్ఞానోదయము అవుతోంది .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
