How many times I have to tell public ? Only if one appear as ignorant,one can retain himself/herself as knowledgeable while making all other/a retain themselves as knowledgeables. That's all ! No more nuisance of excessive-argument in world.

2. 99.999% పెర్ఫెక్ట్ గా ఉండుటకు కు బదులుగా 100% పెర్ఫెక్ట్ గా ఉంటే 100% పెర్ఫెక్ట్ గా నిలుస్తామా ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
