Bhagavadgita says that divisive casteism should have prevailance over antisocial . TRUE DIVISIVENESS(casteism)(kamma) PREVAILANCE IS BY BEING INCLUSIVENESS OF ANTISOCIAL ROWDIESM (kapu). Isn't it ? Of course naturally antisocial rowdies (kapu) "threaten" against their inclusiveness by divisive casteism.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
