భారతీయ బ్యాంకర్ లు తమ అకౌంటింగ్ పూర్తి చేయనిదే బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాల నుండి రూ . 2000 కు మించి విత్ డ్రా చేయడానికి వీలు కాదు అది ఖాతాదారుల స్వంత  డబ్బు అయినప్పటికీ .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
