Those who treat Pakistani actors in India as terrorists are themselves terrorists. Lack of lateral-mindset and inclusiveness is true terrorism which is evident among Hindu chavunists and Indian Maoists. One can't see black on his/her back. These divisive-minded people who eventually prevail as inclusive-minded people are personally-bad character. Terrorism caused by self-ignorance is social(knowledge) problem. For social problem,there can't be Politcal solution or military solution. Only expanding people's minds into inclusive from present divisive will be the only social solution for terrorism across the border.
