So roots of corruption in multi-crore rupees in public domain is public representation of rotten(adamant)-mindset among those who enforce things. Rotten-mindset or Mafia is because of lack of internal enquiry and public explanation to any public accusation. Personal collusiveness is lack of social maturity with lateral sense. Both personal collusiveness and rotten-mindset are rampant among Indian police and US govt. So my prescription to solve personal collusiveness and rotten-mindset is to apply complex subjective sense on both. Isn't it ?
