Litigancy is that there is no life risk if one is "risk to risk in risk". Lateral thinkers contribute society most. At present,only 10% people in world are lateral-thinkers. Amercans and Russians are not lateral-thinking nationalities. Only Indians are lateral-thinking nationalitiy. So those 10% Indians who are lateral-thinkers make all world people as "lateral-thinkers" by being "abstract-thinker to abstract-thinker in abstract-thinker" soon. Then everything in world will have CERTAINTY WITHOUT RISK. So propagate litigancy,consistency and inclusiveness.
