Ambiguity(infidelity)(conspiring-mindset) is appearing as truth. That means appearing as truth is not public power "but public influence". Public influence is abstract without litigant-sense. Public power is abstract with litigant-sense. That is difference between public influential Indian police and public powerful Indian national congress.
