Words should have both sense within and voice outside. Lacking either of above is nonsense.

అయితే మాటలలో సెన్స్ లేకుండా స్పెక్యులేషన్ ఉంటే పరిష్కారము అయిపోవు కదా !

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
