Underworld makes society(mind)(law) as poisonous. Indian police has both rotten-mindset which causes underworld Mafia and collusive-mindset which in turn causes self-ignorance and terrorism. So I ORDER Indian police that every two policeman has to police every other third policeman "against collusive-mindset and rotten-mindset". We developed technology.But we have yet to transform technology into happiness(pleasure).
