Oil exploration and refinery is big business. Govt can't run all big businesses in India. So govt expects private limited companies to go public issue of shares. And reliance industries ltd by late.dhirubhai Ambani went into public issue of shares in order to set up "world's largest oil refinery at jamnagar". It is easy to get Re.1 crore. But it is difficult to do business turnover with that Re.1 crore. A PUBLIC LEADER WITH HIS Re.1 CRORE GOES TO A BUSINESSPERSON WHO IS WISHING HIS OWN Re.1 CRORE TO BE INVESTED IN BUSINESS FOR MAKING A PROFIT OF Rs.2 CRORES TOTAL. THAT IS HOW BOTH MONEY AND ECONOMY GROWS IN COUNTRY. Both Bjp and communist parties can never understand how rupee gets appreciated in economy ! That is why SHRI. Mukesh Ambani party is always "Indian national congress" party as he openly declared it to AAM AADMI PARTY chief convenor Aravind Kesrival on phone.
