Since Indian people are ambiguous in immature society,Indian national congress is built as "good character party with bad character leaders" so that "bad character party with good character leaders" start taking birth against Indian national congress and mingle with Indian national congress ultimately when people start becoming truthful.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
