Present social mature world democracy is possible only by balancing imperial and communist societies and by balancing Indian police and Indian Maoism. Because truth is reached and stayed only through learning more and more about ambiguity(infidelity)(conspiring-mindset). Isn't it ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
