Adult should become child when child is thinking that child is adult. Just by knowing information is not adulthood. After gaining information,information need be applied in society(mind) again by technical knowledge which is mathematical knowledge and/or biochemical knowledge for 20 years to mature that information into truthful(powerful) knowledge(control).
