That is democratic spirit. Democracy is self-thoughts,after-thoughts,other-thoughts and beyond-thoughts. I like problems as I know how to solve problems. Indian police create problems in society like Indian Maoism and Indian media FOR FULL PSYCHOLOGICAL GROWTH OF PEOPLE. But Indian police don't know how to solve problems. And Indian police like solutions.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
