Both andhrapradesh state and telangana state are extreme-moral(extreme-good) and extreme-immoral(extreme-bad). BUT who wants extreme-consistency and extreme-inconsistency against adverse questions ? There must be moderation(gradient) in either extreme-consistency or extreme-inconsistency for uplifting/rolling/flowing society to get out of "inconsistency against adverse questions" as neutral wire and live wire are in single phase power circuit.
