As there is knowledge dissemantion everyday in university campuses,there should not be ignorance in society. But that didn't happen and is still not happening. What does it mean ? Doesn't it mean that knowledge dissemanation is not by "self in self and other" but by "other in self" ? Can any V-C answer me ? Blog means valuable law(society)(mind) by name(sense).
