Never search for social solutions to social problems outside purview of problems.

University is seat of learning about self(sensible mindful voice) by name.
We Indians instead of agitating against secretariat(seat of power) should open our voice against better questions in campuses which are affiliated to local university.
Solutions to problems are in problems themselves by being problems to problems.
