Law can't act against corruption as per any other's wish. And law doesn't stop acting against corruption even if any other/s wishes to stop law action. This must be kept in mind by any citizen who is worried about social(govt) corruption.

If any citizen in India and world is against social(subjective-mind) corruption(adamancy),then he/she must be self in self,self in other and self in other of other/s.
If he/she is not self in self,self in other and self in other of other/s.then his own govt will be corrupt by denying responsive governance.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
