Money is by hand which in other sense is by word(heart)(blood). If you ignore hand(heart)(word) aspect of money,you will be poor even though you had money as that money can't be transacted/spent/claimed as yours. For ex:Y S Jagan money which is antisocial(rowdie) money can't be claimed as his money even he is rich because he had his name in court purview. .
