So being bad character to bad character is prevailance of good character. And being bad quality to bad quality is prevailance of good quality. As imagination can never be science(proof if otherwise),we should avoid to believe imagination(appearance).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
